I purchased this DLX to replace my st Drive

I purchased this DLX to replace my sturdy, years old Drive Nitro. I liked the color, but was not as pleased as I was with my Nitro. I am short and the seat was too high, too hard, and rounded. I was not able to feel comfortable. Steering was less stable, turning radius wider. Returned it and bought a new Drive Nitro.

Biggest complaint is the seat

Biggest complaint is the seat. Not nearly as comfortable as the flat seat. Large front wheels do not turn easily. Would not recommend this model for the money!

The rollator is awesome. Tge seat is a little hard, but it is sturdy and nice. I love it

Love it!!! Much easier to close when folding and less likely to lose my balance when closing it and placing in my vehicle. It took longer than expected for delivery but at least there was communication of the delay. When it was ready for shipping they sent me an email with tracking number. Thank you!

High quality, durability, comfort and finish

Bought for my wife, who has Parkinson's. Now I'm using it due to leg pain. Easy lift-to-collapse feature allows more convenient upright storage*. Strong seat and comfortable backrest strap. Best rollator I've seen.
*Site describes a plastic part that holds the two collapsed sides in place. Ours doesn't have this. I use a 2" wide elastic strap sold at hardware stores -- problem solved. Also, pic of collapsed Nitro DLX looks wide at top, narrow at wheels, which looks unsteady. Ours is practically parallel, so steady.

Heavy but otherwise great.

It's heavier than I thought it would be (couldn't find that info anywhere on your website). But it is sturdy, comfortable, well-priced and looks great so I'm ready to fold it up and go traveling.
