Policy
Except for any products designated as nonreturnable, we will accept a return of products for a refund of your purchase price and sales tax, excluding a restocking fee in the amount of fifteen percent (15%) of your purchase price, provided that returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of your receipt of the products. Refunds do not include any shipping costs which remain the customer’s responsibility.
Return Process
To return products for credit within 30 days, you must obtain a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number from our Customer Service Department by completing the form below. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. Refunds are dependent on confirmed receipt/review of returned products and are subject to other terms of this policy.
To obtain an RMA, you must provide the following information with your request within 30 days of receipt:
- original order number
- your name, address, and email address
- serial number, model/ref number
- photos are required for damaged or defective products.
Ineligible Returns
The following products and product conditions are excluded from this policy and are ineligible for return, refund, or credit:
- Products purchased more than 30 days prior to the return request.
- Special or custom products made to customer specifications or sold as non‐returnable.
- Products returned in altered or damaged packaging, or in packaging other than original packaging.
- Commodes, and seating products – such as cushions and backs.
- Bath safety products.
- Packs broken, breached or damaged.
- Products purchased through a third party.
